These terms explain Plavendo's customer referral promotion.
An eligible new vendor receives 10% off for three months from their first paid purchase. You receive one fixed reward based on the vendor's first paid plan. The applicable amounts are shown on your referral page.
When a new vendor opens your referral link and signs up, the referral is connected to the first vendor page they create or claim. The discount is applied automatically to the first purchase. A referral cannot be added later.
One vendor can create one reward, with no fixed limit on how many vendors you can refer. Unusually high activity may be reviewed without canceling valid rewards. Self-referrals, fabricated vendors, spam, impersonation, and misleading promotion are prohibited. Fraud of any kind will be reported to the police. New referrals may be paused without affecting vendors already linked.
A reward is normally held for 45 days after the qualifying payment and may be held longer for risk or disputes. A full refund, lost dispute, fraud, or confirmed abuse can reverse the full reward. An ordinary partial refund does not proportionally reduce it. Later invoices or plan changes create no additional reward.
Your reward currency is based on your payout market and rewards are not converted. The withdrawal minimum is shown on your referral page. You may receive one bank payout per calendar month. You remain responsible for declaring and paying taxes where required.
Earned balance does not expire through inactivity while the account stays open. Before voluntary deletion, Plavendo shows the exact unpaid balance and any amount that approved terms allow to be forfeited. Deletion is blocked while a transfer or bank payout is in progress. Required financial, legal, and audit records may be retained, and an eligible vendor keeps its valid remaining discount.
Later reward schedules and campaign limits apply prospectively and do not reduce an accepted or earned reward. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Contact Plavendo if you have questions or want a decision reviewed.
