These terms describe how Plavendo may be used by customers, vendors, and administrators.
Plavendo is a digital catalogue and marketplace that connects customers with vendors for events. Plavendo is an intermediary and is not a party to any agreements, bookings, payments, or services that the parties arrange directly.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the information, media, and links they publish are accurate, lawful, and rights-cleared. Plavendo may create unconnected vendor pages with limited information without this meaning that the vendor has joined or approved the page.
Activating a vendor page is sold as a monthly subscription paid in advance through Stripe-hosted flows. Payment cards, invoices, and payment details are handled by Stripe, not on Plavendo's own pages.
If a private individual purchases paid digital access, they must actively request that access begin immediately and confirm that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery starts. Access to leads or the vendor database begins only after that confirmation and approved payment.
Plavendo does not guarantee that an inquiry leads to a purchase, response, booking, or agreement. Personal data in inquiries is stored for at most one year under Plavendo's retention rules, unless another documented legal basis applies.
Plavendo may suspend or terminate accounts and vendor pages in the event of false information, fake leads, unlawful or offensive material, infringement of third-party rights, or other misuse. Fraud of any kind will be reported to the police.
Any use of automation, AI systems, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or similar methods to access or interact with Plavendo is strictly prohibited.
