What Plavendo is, how it works, what it costs and when you need an account.
What is Plavendo and how does it work?
Plavendo is a marketplace where you find and contact vendors for weddings, parties and corporate events — venues, catering, photographers, DJs, florists and more. You search and compare vendors, read reviews and send a request straight from the vendor's page.
Plavendo connects you with the vendor. The agreement itself is made directly between the two of you — you settle prices, dates and terms together in the conversation.
Does it cost anything to use Plavendo?
No. Everything is free for you as a customer: searching, comparing, sending requests and using the planning tools. You never need to enter card details.
Vendors pay for their page through plans at different levels, but that never affects what you pay as a customer.
Do I need an account?
You can search and compare vendors without an account. To send a request you sign in with your email — that keeps all your requests and replies in one place, and lets us notify you when a vendor responds.
An account also lets you save favorites and use the planning tools: a checklist, a guest list with RSVP, a budget and your own event website.
