How payment works, who is responsible for what and how to know what a vendor costs.
Does Plavendo handle payments?
No. Plavendo doesn't handle any money at all. All payment happens directly between you and the vendor, in whatever way you agree. Plavendo never receives, forwards or holds payments.
So if anyone claims you should pay through Plavendo, that isn't true — please let us know if that happens.
How do I know what a vendor costs?
Many vendors show prices or price ranges on their page. The final price always comes in a quote from the vendor, since it often depends on the date, location and number of guests.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
The agreement is between you and the vendor. Plavendo is a platform that connects you, and isn't responsible for the vendor's services or delivery. Always contact the vendor directly with questions about a booking.
