Planning tools and invitations
Checklist, guest list with RSVP, budget and your own event website — how the planning tools work.
Which planning tools are there?
With a free account you get four tools: a checklist with a ready-made timeline up to the big day, a guest list with digital invitations and RSVP, a budget where you log expenses per category, and your own event website to share with your guests.
How does the event website work?
You build the site in the planning section of your account, with a live preview while you edit. Add the date and venue, schedule, wish list, places to stay, good-to-know details and photos — then share the link with your guests.
The site is connected to your guest list, so your guests' RSVPs land straight in your planning.
How does RSVP work?
Each guest or party gets their own invitation link. The guest replies whether they're coming, says how many are coming if the invitation covers several people, and can add dietary preferences and allergies.
You see the replies in real time in your guest list. Guests can change their reply through the same link, and you can set a reply-by date.
Can I password-protect the event website?
Yes. You can protect the site with a password that you share with your guests, so only invitees can see the details.
